Today was a holiday here. Labor Day. As Colin and I had just gotten back from Hong Kong we wanted to spend some time with the kids. I signed both kids up for an 800m race on June 1, so we went to school to use the track to practice. Thijs can run 1 loop on the track, no stopping. He was a little tired after that. Natalie ran a few loops and enjoyed it too. We also practiced some soccer, T-ball for Thijs and catching for Natalie's softball. Right before we went home we gave the kite a try, but there was not enough wind. Thijs was cute.. he did not want to hold on to the tail, incase the kite would take him up. He does not remember flying the kite in the front yard in Hudson.
